Behaviour which benefits the reputation of the company. This behaviour deserves to be described in a company code. Open and honest, so that everyone knows what can be expected of this company and its employees, and against which it also wishes to be judged.
In order to guarantee quality to everyone we work with, Faay Vianen B.V. has drafted a code of conduct. This code of conduct is registered with the SBIB* (Stichting Beoordeling Integriteit Bouwnijverheid) and serves as an instruction to all employees of FAAY. The code of conduct provides extra clarity regarding the standards we set of ourselves. FAAY expects its employees to work and do business with other, in and outside the company, professionally and honestly.
