Sales & Distribution
From the very start, Faay Vianen B.V. has supplied its systems to various sectors in interior finishing:
- New build (approx. 25%): utility buildings (offices, public buildings, schools, commercial spaces, hospitals, recording studios, etc.)
- Renovation (ca. 75%): utility buildings and housing
Most deliveries go through builder’s merchants or timber merchants affiliated with Hibin. These FAAY dealers are our direct customers. However, the dealers do not process the materials themselves but are the first port of call for processors, and provide distribution.
FAAY processors include:
- contractors
- assembly firms
- handymen
- maintenance firms
Not only do the abovementioned companies influence the choice of materials. The instructing bodies also have a say in this choice. These may be architects, writers of specifications, governmental bodies, financial institutions, retail organisations, etc.

Regional set-up
The Dutch market for FAAY is split into three regions: north, west and south.
The export is organised from Vianen by our export manager. In Belgium we use a commercial agent. Our agent also knows the sales market in France and is physically near to it. We have a sales office in Germany which also runs sales in Poland. Our walls are supplied by a distributor in the United Kingdom.
Other exports, to countries such as Dubai, are arranged by our export manager in Vianen.
