The IW148 wall is an excellent solution for building situations for which a high level of sound-proofing is a priority. As a home-separating wall, the IW 148 is used in renovation projects or in partitioning apartments, hotel rooms, offices, hospitals and laboratories.

Robust wall
Heavy objects can be hung without any trouble due to the robust structure of the system using normal fixtures. The IW148 is assembled on site from 2 units of VP54, each with two cable ducts as standard for building in electrical and datacommunications cabling, with a cavity filled with stone wool. For seamless joins and in wet spaces you should glue all joins with FAAYFIX®.

Fire-resistance
The IW148 has very high fire-resistance of 120 minutes. Soundproofing is also optimal.
