The IW90 wall is an excellent solution for offices and other situations where soundproofing is important. The structure is quite light, straightforward and quick to assemble.

Cavity filled with stone wool
The IW90 is assembled on site from GP22 unit with a cavity filled with stone wool. The panels are connected with steel I-sections which ensure good stability.

Screw-tight
The IW90's cavity is 46 mm with an exceptional screw-tightness of 25 kg per screw without plugs and without battens.

In combination with the TT section, you can utilise this screw-tightness on the outside and also from the inside.

In the case of joinless finishing, and in wet spaces, we recommend gluing all joins with FAAYFIX®. In contrast to other FAAY units, when hanging up objects you should use hollow wall plugs and/or battens. Also available as IW90 DeLuxe with vinyl coating and plastic edge sections).
