The IW200/70 is used to separate homes in renovation projects or when dividing apartments, hotel rooms, offices, hospitals and laboratories. In all these situations, the IW200/70 wall offers an excellent solution with its high level of soundproofing. Heavy objects can also be attached using normal fixtures thanks to the robust structure.

Cavity filled with stone wool
The IW200/70 is assembled on site from 2 VP70 units with a cavity of 60 (storey height from 2600 mm). The cavity should be filled completely with stone wool. The individual panels are supplied as standard with two cable ducts for electrical and/or datacommunication cables, with a cavity filled completely with stone wool. For a seamless finish and in wet spaces, all joints should be glued with FAAYFIX®.

Fire-resistance
The IW200 has very high fire resistance (at least 120 minutes). The soundproofing is also optimal.
