Together with Ecotherm, FAAY offers you a thermal insulating panel: W'all-in-One. The panels have handy dimensions of 600 mm wide by 2600 or 3000 mm high. The panel is made of 9.5 mm thick plasterboard glued to a PIR insulating board. The panels are connected to each other using a profile that consists of body of insulating foam with a strip of hard plastic to hold the screws. This combination results in a high thermal insulation value of Rc 2.65 (inclusive 20 mm air cavity and one-brick wall) for a minimum thickness of 60 mm. The combination also serves as a vapour reducing foil layer in the wall gap. The multilayered aluminium complex of W'all-in-One panels not only serves to make them moisture resistant, it also makes an additional contribution of 0.57 to the R value, increasing the Rc value for the whole structure. Additionally, W'all-in-One wall panels are light, long-lasting and recyclable.

Quicker and easier

W'all-in-One panels are fastened at the bottom with a wooden sole piece and by a corner joint at the top. FAAY has devised a clever system for connecting the panels to each other. Thanks to the special connecting profiles and grooves in the vertical sides of the panels, you can panel a wall with W'all-in-One panels quickly and easily. The amount of work is reduced dramatically.

After all there is no need to:

• apply vapour permeable foil between the insulating material and the existing wall
• apply of vapour reducing foil between the insulation and the plasterboard finish
• separately measure and apply insulating material
• separately measure and fasten surface panels
• cover screw holes in the surface panels.

No cold bridging or heat leakage.

The mounting profiles are fitted to the underlying structure with sunken screws (no cold bridging). Place the panel, fix the profile with screws, place the next panel, etc. Thus, the W'all-in-One panels themselves do not need to be screwed on. Furthermore, the mounting profiles mean that the panels fit together without any thermal leakage.

Basic version

The W'all-in-One Basic Panels have straight vertical edges rather than profiles. These panels are mounted directly to the underlying structure using FAAYFOAM and no air gap. If the surface is suspended, sloped or has a very wet surface, each panel must also be attached mechanically at five different points.
