The W'all-in-One® self-supporting aka de PG self-supporting comes in 3 differnent types: The PG60 self-supporting, the PG70 self-supporting as well as the PG90 self-supporting.

Thanks to the solid jambs of laminated and finger jointed pinewood this wall is entirely self-supporting, which makes it a good solution for example for very uneven, tattered, crumbled off, slanting or moist walls. Additionally, the W'all-in-One® self-supporting is ideal for buildings where nothing can or may be attached to the wall, for example in monumental buildings. Thanks to the strong jamb, the wall can now even be applied up to as high as 360 cm, without risk of leaning over or warping.

W'all-in-One® self-supporting: good - better - best

The W'all-in-One® self-supporting adds new assets to the present system. The W'all-in-One® self-supporting can now be mounted even faster, because no rear construction or -mounting is necessary any more. Also screws at the bottom, for the attachment of the pinewood jambs, are unnecessary in the W'all-in-One® self-supporting. For the bottom of the pinewood jamb is provided with a groove that falls over the raised edge of the underlying wooden sole piece, so that the element fixes itself. So to mount the wall is only a matter of sliding panels into each other. At the top W'all-in-One® self-supporting is attached against a wooden cavity closer. Both the wooden cavity closer and the pinewood jamb are 30 mu grounded.

Practical advantages of W'all-in-One®

Of course, the W'all-in-One® self-supporting additionally also offers all the advantages of the W'all-in-One®. All variants, both the new W'all-in-One®-self-supporting and the existing PG60 and PG70, can be mounted very speedily - and therefore more cheaply. Mistakes and failure expenses are out of the question, because the W'all-in-One® is a total system with integrated foils. The panels can be used with air cavity (self-supporting assembly/mounting) or without air cavity (attachment with FaayFoam). If desired, the W'all-in-One® can be supplied with a finish of vinyl. The W'all-in-One® is light (±10 kg/m2), manageable (260/300 x 60 cm) and thin (60 or 70 cm). This is not only practical on location, but also offers logistic and financial advantages for transportation.
